The Regional Sales Director role at Canteen focuses on building new business in Coastal California. This individual contributor position is onsite in Oxnard, supporting territory planning, prospecting, and KPI achievement in collaboration with the Regional Vice President.

USD 80,000 - 90,000 per year
Pay range: $80,000 - $90,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the territory database
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to maximize sales performance
- Make sales calls with prospective customers
- Identify problems customers are trying to solve
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to achieve KPIs
Sales Focus
This role concentrates exclusively on new business development as an individual contributor, serving the California market including Oxnard, Ventura, and Thousand Oaks.
