Job Description

Community Association Services LLC is hiring a Business Development Manager for our HOA and community association management portfolio. This hybrid role is based in the Pinehurst area, with opportunities to work closely with local partners and community leaders while you build new management relationships. What you’ll do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with communities, especially when a change in management is being considered.
Lead prospective client meetings and board presentations to understand community needs and clearly communicate CAS management solutions.
Coordinate, write, and submit detailed requests for proposals (RFPs) and bids.
Network with local real estate developers, builders, and industry vendors to expand the pipeline.
Close new management agreements to meet quarterly and annual growth targets.
Partner with operations and management teams to support a seamless transition and onboarding of new communities.

What you bring

3+ years in property management sales, real estate, or B2B business development.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as HubSpot; familiarity with community association management systems including FrontSteps/Caliber is preferred.
Ability to attend evening board meetings and local networking events.
Solid understanding of HOA operations, community association bylaws, and North Carolina statutes.
CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designations are highly preferred (not required).
Strong public speaking, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment based out of Pinehurst, Chapel Hill, or Raleigh, NC.
Hands-on experience with any, all, or none of the following: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and community association management software such as FrontSteps/Caliber.
Availability to attend evening HOA board meetings to deliver sales presentations on a consistent basis.

Compensation and schedule

$75,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience. Hybrid remote role located in Pinehurst, NC 28374.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Certifications

CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certification from CAI (preferred).
