Responsibilities

Become a product and brand expert to guide families from preemie to size 14, assisting with styles, features, and benefits
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product options and advantages
Maintain a consistent customer-focused presence on the sales floor
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
Model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to succeed
Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and thorough follow-through
Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and addressing customer concerns promptly and with a suitable resolution
Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions to drive results
Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit
Offer in-the-moment feedback to the store team and escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager
Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation
Support store assets protection with consistent customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls

Requirements

A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation)
Education: High school diploma or GED
A variety of skills and experiences
