Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to guide families from preemie to size 14, assisting with styles, features, and benefits
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product options and advantages
• Maintain a consistent customer-focused presence on the sales floor
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
• Model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to succeed
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and thorough follow-through
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and addressing customer concerns promptly and with a suitable resolution
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions to drive results
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit
• Offer in-the-moment feedback to the store team and escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager
• Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation
• Support store assets protection with consistent customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls

Requirements

• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation)
• Education: High school diploma or GED
