Job Description

Westbrook Senior Living is seeking a Sales Director to lead occupancy growth at a Spectrum retirement community in Streamwood, IL. In this onsite role, you will own the community’s sales strategy from lead handling through move-in, while building the referral relationships that support steady conversions.

Role Focus

You will develop and execute an end-to-end sales approach aimed at sustainable occupancy growth. The position also requires strong coordination across teams to ensure families receive an exceptional experience during the transition to their new home.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sustainable occupancy growth through effective lead management and conversion.
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations.
Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, providing an exceptional experience and partnering with Operations for seamless resident transitions.
Review sales performance, occupancy trends, and market data to refine strategies and improve conversion outcomes.
Maintain accurate CRM data, including forecasting and sales reporting.

Requirements

Proven sales experience required; senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or consultative sales backgrounds preferred.
Genuine passion for serving older adults and enhancing quality of life for residents and their families.
Strong relationship-building ability, with empathy and professionalism to guide families through complex decisions.
Self-motivated and highly organized, able to work independently and consistently hit occupancy goals.
Data-savvy, comfortable analyzing conversion metrics, referral source effectiveness, and market trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation

USD 70,000 - 77,350 per year.
