The Territory Business Sales Manager role directs sales and distribution activities within a defined geographic area, building durable customer relationships to meet annual targets. This onsite position in Bend, Oregon offers a salary range of USD 55,000 to 60,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Direct sales and distribution efforts within the assigned territory to achieve annual targets, providing merchandising support as needed.
- Promote company initiatives to designated business partners, including securing new item distribution, implementing pricing and promotional plans, and managing inventory levels and freshness where applicable.
- Use data and other available information to lead fact-based conversations with partners to reach stated goals.
- Track progress against sell-in initiatives and goals, adapting plans as necessary and coordinating with your manager on resource needs.
- Oversee a product contingency fund to support on-van stock for introducing new products, delivering promotions, and addressing low stock or out-of-stock situations.
- Handle the administrative aspects of the role, including management of point-of-sale materials.
