Maintain a disciplined, accurate opportunity pipeline, a consistent customer follow-up cadence, and reliable sales forecasts.
Interpret drawings, specifications, bills of materials, materials, tolerances, and manufacturing requirements to support qualified pursuit.
Coordinate RFQs, feasibility reviews, estimating, prototypes, and new product introductions with engineering and manufacturing.
Evaluate business potential and execution fit, including revenue potential, margin, complexity, manufacturing fit, capacity, and execution risk, before committing resources.
Support pricing and negotiations, participate in design-for-manufacturability discussions, and help launch customer programs.
Research OEM markets, competitors, reshoring trends, and supply-chain opportunities, including domestic and international prospects.
Use CRM, analytics, and AI tools for prospect research, customer intelligence, and sales productivity; independently validate AI outputs and apply critical judgment.
Create and manage AI sales agents and bots for sales canvasing.
Identify practical improvements to sales workflows through technology and automation.
