Job Description

Face Rock Creamery is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and expand the company’s wholesale business across the United States. This is a hybrid role based in Bandon, OR, focused on owning the wholesale sales cycle, strengthening account management, and building a high-performing sales approach that supports growth.

In this hands-on position, you will develop a national wholesale strategy, maintain an active pipeline, and collaborate across teams to align forecasts, production needs, and customer communication. You will also serve as the primary contact for wholesale accounts and represent Face Rock Creamery at industry events.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate growth leadership and drive performance through a comprehensive national wholesale sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Identify market opportunities, including geographic expansion and channel development.
Maintain a strong, active pipeline of prospective wholesale customers.
Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform channel strategy.
Own overall account management responsibilities and lead relationships with major retail chains, distributors, and foodservice partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all wholesale accounts.
Establish and manage sales targets, forecasts, and budgets, setting clear performance goals and KPIs.
Manage pricing, programs, and annual reviews with distributors and wholesale partners.
Provide accurate forecasts to support production and inventory planning.
Ensure timely communication regarding orders, lead times, product availability, and promotions.
Participate in Sales and Operations planning, partnering with Operations and Production for capacity planning to meet demand.
Partner with Marketing on campaigns, trade promotions, and merchandising programs.
Collaborate with Finance on pricing, margin, and sensitivity analysis, along with annual planning.
Act as a customer service advocate to drive customer excellence.
Represent Face Rock Creamery at industry events, distributor shows, and regional food gatherings.
Build long-term relationships that support Face Rock’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Provide internal feedback on customer needs, product opportunities, and market shifts.

Requirements

3–5+ years of sales experience in CPG, specialty food, or dairy.
Strong understanding of wholesale distribution models.
Proven track record of driving growth through personal and team performance.
Proven success managing and growing wholesale or distributor accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
