Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct a high volume of outbound calls in a dynamic environment
Schedule appointments for the outside sales team
Promote Power's eco friendly products and services to prospective and existing clients
Attend department meetings and ongoing trainings
Participate in Leadership Conferences and Power initiatives
Deliver best in class service to customers
Aim for a 5-Star service rating

Requirements

Capability to operate on a hybrid in office and remote schedule
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated, mentally resilient, and disciplined
Proficiency with computers and software
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and evolving communication methods
Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with diverse personalities
Exceptional patience and active listening skills
Ability to meet performance and productivity metrics to deliver high quality sales and customer service
