The company operates its National Headquarters in Chester, PA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls in a dynamic environment
- Schedule appointments for the outside sales team
- Promote Power's eco friendly products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Attend department meetings and ongoing trainings
- Participate in Leadership Conferences and Power initiatives
- Deliver best in class service to customers
- Aim for a 5-Star service rating
Requirements
- Capability to operate on a hybrid in office and remote schedule
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, mentally resilient, and disciplined
- Proficiency with computers and software
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and evolving communication methods
- Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with diverse personalities
- Exceptional patience and active listening skills
- Ability to meet performance and productivity metrics to deliver high quality sales and customer service
