Job Description
Drive growth by reactivating dormant accounts and supporting existing customers with employee professional development planning.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to dormant accounts to identify and inquire about customers’ training needs
- Verify that customer profiles include accurate contact information
- Execute corporate marketing strategies as directed
- Provide customer service during customer interactions
- Plan and organize the daily work schedule
- Complete other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated with completion-driven work style
- Ability to commute daily to Saranac Lake, NY for an onsite role
Location: Saranac Lake, NY (onsite)
Compensation: USD 45,000 - 50,000 per year
