Answer all incoming service appointment calls using the provided script
Process and coordinate outgoing telephonic service inquiries, appointment requests, and internet queries
Coordinate and collaborate with the appropriate dealership department manager to respond promptly to requests
Follow up with appointments and missed appointments
Confirm all pending service appointments
Follow up with aged service leads
Track appointment show rate
Track and follow up on hot sheets
Work with service leads by contacting customers and scheduling a dealership visit
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned
