The Manager, Sales Development, CX leads a team of Sales Development Representatives to accelerate pipeline growth, align Sales and Marketing, and prepare SDRs for advancement within NiCE. This hybrid role is based in Sandy, Utah with a blended office and remote work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and lead a high-performing team of SDRs.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, live call coaching, and messaging reviews to boost conversion rates and professional development.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to refine the Target Account Framework and ensure SDRs focus on the right personas within our ICP.
- Drive team activity and performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
- Manage and report on team metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, and optimize the use of the sales engagement stack.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand-offs of qualified opportunities and alignment on territory strategy.

- Proven experience in sales development leadership or a consistent record as a top-performing Senior SDR/Team Lead.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
