Job Description

Worldwide BDC is hiring an onsite Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with dealership customers and prospects and set qualified sales and service appointments in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Place high-volume outbound calls to dealership customers and prospects
Handle inbound customer opportunities when assigned
Build rapport and communicate confidently over the phone
Identify customer needs and create urgency around the appropriate next step
Schedule and confirm qualified sales and/or service appointments
Re-engage customers who previously expressed interest but did not purchase
Communicate with existing service customers regarding dealership opportunities
Professionally address objections and customer concerns
Maintain accurate notes and customer information in dealership CRM systems
Follow established scripts, processes, and compliance standards
Track daily activity and individual performance metrics
Work with managers, trainers, and team members to achieve department goals
