Responsibilities

Effectively communicate the firm's brand story and value in the tax advisory space
Develop and maintain business relationships within Dublin and nearby communities
Participate in local networking events, chamber activities, business gatherings, and community events
Identify and connect with potential individual and business clients
Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls for firm partners
Support social media outreach and online engagement efforts
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and follow-up communications
Help grow local brand awareness and the referral network
Develop strategic partnerships with local professionals and organizations
Track outreach activity and monitor lead generation efforts

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable meeting new people and presenting the firm professionally
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, networking, or financial services preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital outreach
Organized with the ability to manage follow-up activities consistently
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
