Job Description

Transfer Tool Products is hiring a Sales Manager based in Grand Haven, MI for an onsite role. This position centers on expanding the company’s customer base and markets while continuing to strengthen relationships with existing accounts.

The Sales Manager works closely with the executive team, with direct reporting to the president. In addition to owning core sales activities, the role includes oversight of sales representatives and the development of market and industry strategies to support growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop new customers and markets
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Manage and nurture both new and current sales representatives
Generate quotations
Formulate strategies for various markets and industries
Report directly to the president

What You Bring

7 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management
Strong communication and leadership abilities
A bachelor’s degree in business is highly preferred
A background in metal stamping sales is advantageous
