Responsibilities

Increase store profitability and hit sales targets through strategic leadership and analysis.
Coach and develop a high-performing team to sustain top-tier performance.
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, making staffing decisions when necessary.
Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and policy compliance with attention to detail.
Lead by example through hands-on coaching and role-playing to elevate performance.
Step in to support transactions and ensure memorable customer experiences.
Collaborate with trainers to onboard new hires smoothly and efficiently.
Uphold Alliance Mobile’s standards of integrity and expect the same from the team.
Maintain open, proactive communication with the broader Alliance Mobile community.
Work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Assist with physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

2+ years of sales management experience leading teams.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering strong customer service.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a positive attitude.
Comfort with technology, including computers, wireless devices, and related tools.
Education: High School diploma or higher.
