What you'll do
- Drive store profitability and meet sales targets through strategic leadership
- Coach and develop your team to achieve high performance
- Recruit, hire, and guide staff, making staffing decisions when needed
- Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and compliance
- Lead by example with hands-on coaching and role-play sessions
- Step in to support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
- Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires
- Maintain high standards of integrity and expect the same from your team
- Maintain open and effective communication with the Alliance Mobile community
- Commit to a schedule of 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams
- Proven history of achieving sales goals and delivering strong customer service
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
- Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
