Job Description

Alliance Mobile Inc, an AT&T National Authorized Retailer, runs a bustling wireless storefront in Watertown, MA. The Wireless Retail Store Manager will oversee on-site store operations, mentor a sales team, and deliver memorable customer experiences while driving profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Enhance store profitability and achieve sales targets through strategic execution and hands-on leadership
Coach and develop the sales team to sustain top performance and service excellence
Assemble and guide your staff, including making tough hiring and staffing decisions when needed
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and compliance to uphold store standards
Lead by example with practical coaching and role-play to elevate skill levels
Step in to assist with transactions and ensure customers have outstanding experiences
Collaborate with trainers to onboard new hires and accelerate ramp-up times
Maintain high standards for Alliance Mobile and expect the same from your team
Maintain clear and proactive communication within the Alliance Mobile community
Commit to a 45-50 hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Assist with lifting and physical tasks up to 25 pounds as needed

Requirements

2+ years of sales management experience with demonstrated team leadership
History of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
