Wireless Retail Store Manager

The Wireless Retail Store Manager will oversee on-site store operations, mentor a sales team, and deliver memorable customer experiences while driving profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance store profitability and achieve sales targets through strategic execution and hands-on leadership
• Coach and develop the sales team to sustain top performance and service excellence
• Assemble and guide your staff, including making tough hiring and staffing decisions when needed
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and compliance to uphold store standards
• Lead by example with practical coaching and role-play to elevate skill levels
• Step in to assist with transactions and ensure customers have outstanding experiences
• Collaborate with trainers to onboard new hires and accelerate ramp-up times
• Maintain high standards for Alliance Mobile and expect the same from your team
• Maintain clear and proactive communication within the Alliance Mobile community
• Commit to a 45-50 hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Assist with lifting and physical tasks up to 25 pounds as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales management experience with demonstrated team leadership
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
• Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
