Wireless Retail Sales Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Increase store profitability and achieve sales targets through strategic leadership
- Coach and develop the team to sustain high performance
- Recruit, hire, and guide staff, making tough staffing decisions when needed
- Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance with consistency
- Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching
- Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
- Collaborate with trainers to onboard and train new hires
- Maintain Alliance Mobile standards and ensure the team upholds them
- Communicate effectively with the Alliance Mobile community
- Bring energy to a 45-50 hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Handle physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 pounds
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams
- Proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering top-tier customer service
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
- Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
