Job Description

Tenstreet seeks a Sales Development Representative in Bentonville, AR, with a hybrid schedule to generate leads, qualify prospects, and book demos for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial touchpoint for new business inquiries, predominantly through outbound cold calls.
Research, profile, and identify fresh opportunities using a mix of online searches and industry-specific sources.
Move prospects into the funnel by coordinating demo appointments with the sales team; demos occur online via Zoom or GoToMeeting.
Re-engage prospects who miss scheduled demos.
Reschedule demos when clients cannot attend.
Identify key decision makers within target accounts.
Keep SugarCRM, SalesLoft, and other sales tools current with up-to-date data.
Collaborate with the Sales team to expand and qualify the sales pipeline.
Develop SDR skills to consistently perform at a high level.
Propose process or product improvements that could enhance client value.

Requirements

Self-starter who takes initiative and delivers results.
Comfortable making outbound cold calls to gather information for the sales team.
Excellent phone and written communication skills.
Able to explain complex ideas clearly and confidently.
Motivated by strong products and aligned with Tenstreet's offering.
Proven ability to work independently and as an active, supportive team member.
Desire to participate in a challenging, rewarding, and dynamic work environment.
Thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured setting requiring proactive action with limited information.
Maintain a constructive approach to obstacles and setbacks while pursuing ambitious goals.
Experience with SugarCRM and/or SalesLoft or similar sales tools.
