Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Tenstreet seeks a Sales Development Representative in Bentonville, AR, with a hybrid schedule to generate leads, qualify prospects, and book demos for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial touchpoint for new business inquiries, predominantly through outbound cold calls.
- Research, profile, and identify fresh opportunities using a mix of online searches and industry-specific sources.
- Move prospects into the funnel by coordinating demo appointments with the sales team; demos occur online via Zoom or GoToMeeting.
- Re-engage prospects who miss scheduled demos.
- Reschedule demos when clients cannot attend.
- Identify key decision makers within target accounts.
- Keep SugarCRM, SalesLoft, and other sales tools current with up-to-date data.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to expand and qualify the sales pipeline.
- Develop SDR skills to consistently perform at a high level.
- Propose process or product improvements that could enhance client value.
Requirements
- Self-starter who takes initiative and delivers results.
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls to gather information for the sales team.
- Excellent phone and written communication skills.
- Able to explain complex ideas clearly and confidently.
- Motivated by strong products and aligned with Tenstreet's offering.
- Proven ability to work independently and as an active, supportive team member.
