Job Description

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Market Sales Manager to lead execution, compliance, and growth across designated customer locations from a base in Bentonville, Arkansas with remote flexibility. This frontline role serves as the primary liaison to customers, Operations, Logistics, and internal stakeholders to optimize distribution, merchandising, and revenue performance. The position requires a minimum of three years in field-facing roles and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine on-site door audits at partner locations to verify operations, product quality, and merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Identify execution gaps and relay issues to Operations and Logistics, following through to resolution.
  • Ensure customer locations consistently meet company and brand standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer delivery, product, and display concerns.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Operations, and the 3PL Logistics team to develop contingency plans and resolve problems swiftly.
  • Proactively mitigate risks affecting service, sales, and execution.
  • Support territorial growth by coordinating new customer launches and ensuring 3PL readiness and execution quality.
  • Lead display optimization efforts and secure incremental space, features, and store-level opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Build robust relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior decision-makers in national accounts.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, uncovering opportunities and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Utilize reporting tools and dashboards to track metrics such as Sales, APD, SDS %, and Prime Margin %.
  • Monitor territory performance against budget and targets, taking proactive steps to correct course as needed.
  • Share insights and recommendations with internal partners to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop, document, and consistently apply best practices at the customer level.
  • Support execution excellence through standardization and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least three years in field sales, account management, or a customer-facing role; experience in CPG or retail is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, and Sales teams.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting sales and performance data.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
