Business Development Center Agent

George Nunnally Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive BDC Agent to help convert internet leads and inbound calls into confirmed showroom appointments. What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound outreach through calls, emails, and text messages to follow up on internet leads.
• Qualify customers, respond to questions professionally, and guide them toward the right vehicle options.
• Use the dealership CRM to log customer information, track interactions, and manage scheduling tasks.
• Work through customer objections and confidently secure appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and floor sales staff to ensure a smooth handoff for the customer.
• Meet monthly KPI targets, including outbound dials, contact rates, and set/show appointments.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Automotive BDC Agent or Internet Sales Specialist (Required).
• A proven ability to hit monthly appointment-setting goals.
• Strong phone communication skills with a clear, energetic, persuasive, and professional style.
• Excellent written communication for professional email and text follow-ups.
• Comfort with automotive CRM and lead management tools, such as VinSolutions and Elead.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
