A leading food and beverage distributor is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director/Manager to oversee US operations and grow our noodle and beverage portfolio. This role will own the full P&L, drive commercial negotiations, and implement strategic Joint Business Plans across the United States and Canada to achieve sustainable market share and profit growth. Location: San Gabriel, CA 91776.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: design and execute annual account strategies and Joint Business Plans aligned with regional objectives.
- Financial oversight: manage the full P&L, focusing on forecast accuracy, trade investments, and margin governance.
- Commercial leadership: lead yearly negotiations, contract agreements, and trading term discussions while resolving channel conflicts.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational excellence and brand alignment.
Requirements
- 10 to 20 years of sales or account management experience within FMCG (Food, Beverage, or Grocery).
- Bilingual Mandarin highly preferred.
- Proven track record in P&L management, Joint Business Plans, and trade investment.
- Deep knowledge of US and/or Canadian retail channels, specifically mainstream retail.
- The Entrepreneurial Edge: a self-starter who thrives in growth-oriented environments.
