Job Description

Bedrock Digital Marketing is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead day-to-day sales execution, coach the team, and drive consistent progress toward revenue targets in an onsite role in El Paso, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team on a daily basis
Hold sales representatives accountable for activity, follow-ups, appointments, and closed deals
Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team
Track individual and team KPIs to measure performance and progress
Run daily sales huddles and provide regular one-on-one coaching
Review calls, pitches, follow-ups, and overall sales performance
Support reps in improving objection handling, closing, and core sales skills
Identify underperformance early and create clear action plans for improvement
Maintain a competitive, high-energy sales culture while reinforcing consistent execution
Ensure leads are contacted consistently and followed up properly
Monitor the sales pipeline and help ensure opportunities move toward a close
Help develop scripts, processes, and strategies aimed at improving conversion rates
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives when needed
Report sales results and forecasts directly to leadership
Take ownership of the team’s overall sales performance

Requirements

Proven experience managing a sales team
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to hold team members accountable and conduct difficult performance conversations
High competitiveness and strong goal orientation
Working knowledge of KPIs, pipelines, follow-up practices, and closing
Capability to motivate different personalities and performance levels
Organization and consistency with reporting and performance tracking
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in B2B sales is strongly preferred
Digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or agency sales experience is a plus

7+ years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in security systems, with focus on CCTV/video surveillance and access control
Track record of selling to the manufacturing or industrial sector; maquiladoras or border-region operations experience is strongly preferred
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional-level verbal and written communication
Ability to work and travel freely across the US–Mexico border with valid cross-border travel documentation
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
Established network of regional manufacturing contacts is a plus
Self-starter who can work independently and manage a binational territory
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license

The North America Sales Director for the Assembly Materials Division leads AIM Solder's NA sales organization, shaping strategy, growing revenue, and managing customer relationships across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, reporting to the President.

Requirements

Thorough understanding of soldering materials and electronic assembly (PCBA) processes, with knowledge of decision making within complex potential customers.
Proven track record selling and managing consumable products in the solder and assembly materials space.
Minimum of 10 years in sales and at least 3 years leading a sales force in North America, with recent experience (past 2 years) planning and executing sales and marketing tactics and programs.
Ability to travel regularly within North America.
Undergraduate degree or higher.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish and French is advantageous.
Strong understanding of the North American market culture.
