Job Description
International Account Business Development Manager focused on cross-border manufacturing security solutions across the US–Mexico region, managing binational accounts and driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturing firms in the El Paso–Juárez corridor and adjacent border markets
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site assessments, coordinating solution design, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers including plant managers, security directors, facilities managers, procurement teams, and C-level executives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international cross-border accounts to ensure a consistent client experience in the US and Mexico
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and installation teams to deliver tailored security solutions such as CCTV, access control, and fire detection where applicable
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the border manufacturing sector
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry associations, and networking events on both sides of the border
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting in CRM
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in security systems, with focus on CCTV/video surveillance and access control
- Track record of selling to the manufacturing or industrial sector; maquiladoras or border-region operations experience is strongly preferred
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional-level verbal and written communication
- Ability to work and travel freely across the US–Mexico border with valid cross-border travel documentation
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Established network of regional manufacturing contacts is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage a binational territory
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
