Manager, Business Development

In this Business Development leadership role in Bellevue, WA, you will help drive business growth at Walmart by building and maintaining strategic relationships across internal and external stakeholders. You will guide sales strategy, oversee key account execution, and support procurement activities while keeping teams aligned with customer and business needs.

The Business Development team focuses on value creation through partnership, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement. In this manager position, you will also build a high-performing associate team through hiring, training, coaching, and development, while ensuring adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area; OR 4 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
• Sales, Supervisory experience.

• Salary: USD 96,000 - 186,000 per year
