Business Development Representative-HVACR

Reece Supply, LLC is hiring a Business Development Representative in the HVACR division for an onsite role in El Paso, TX. If you enjoy building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and regularly visiting customers to keep service levels high, this position offers the structure of defined goals alongside the freedom to drive new revenue in the field.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will use your sales experience to find and pursue new sales opportunities, including potential new customers, with the goal of generating new business and additional revenue aligned to assigned targets. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and team members to support a branch-level sales approach.

• Identify new sales opportunities, including potential new customers, and pursue new business/additional revenue aligned with assigned new business goals
• Partner with the Branch Manager and team to collectively promote sales at the branch level
• Travel to customers’ office or job sites on a regular basis to help ensure customer satisfaction with products and services

What you bring

• 2+ years of sales experience
• HVAC sales experience
• Strong sales focus with determination to exceed budgets
• Ability to build rapport, understand the customer, provide value, and enhance ongoing relationships
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Drive to engage new customers
• A valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time
• High school degree or equivalent

Attendance and physical requirements

• Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods

Working with office equipment and communication needs

• Job requires operation of common office equipment, including computers and copiers, with abilities such as near vision and manual dexterity
• Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition
• Writing, reading, and written comprehension and expression
