Business Development Representative

Power Home Remodeling is hiring a Business Development Representative to help drive revenue by setting sales appointments across nationwide offices. Based in Wilmington, DE 19810 with a hybrid schedule, you will work within the contact center while promoting the company’s eco-friendly products and services.

This position reports to the Vice President of their Contact Center. You will also maintain a database of customers and contacts to support consistent outreach, with the goal of delivering best-in-class service that earns strong customer reviews.

What You’ll Do

• Place a high volume of outbound sales calls in a fast-paced environment
• Generate sales appointments for outside sales representatives
• Promote Power’s eco-friendly products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Participate in department meetings and ongoing trainings
• Attend Leadership Conferences and Power Initiatives
• Provide customers with best-in-class service
• Work toward a 5-Star service review

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Average earning potential: $50,000 to $70,000 per year
