Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Manager
Job Description
Alliance Mobile Inc seeks a bilingual Wireless Retail Store Manager for an onsite role in Tampa, FL to lead a sales team and drive profitability.
Responsibilities
- Increase store profitability and achieve sales targets through strategic leadership and coaching
- Coach and develop the sales team to consistently deliver top performance
- Recruit, hire, and onboard staff, including making difficult personnel decisions when needed
- Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and policy compliance
- Lead by example with role-plays and hands-on coaching to reinforce best practices
- Step in to assist with transactions and cultivate memorable customer experiences
- Collaborate with trainers to welcome and train new hires
- Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and set clear expectations for the team
- Maintain open communication with the Alliance Mobile community
- Commit to a 45-50 hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Assist physically as needed, including lifting up to 25 pounds
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience leading teams
- Proven record of meeting sales goals and delivering high quality customer service
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
- Education: High School diploma or higher
