Job Description

As the Wireless Retail Sales Manager on site in Edgewater, FL, you will lead a sales team at an AT&T National Authorized Retailer, driving revenue, elevating the customer experience, and sustaining store profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive store profitability and achieve sales targets through strategic execution
  • Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional performance
  • Recruit, hire, and guide staff, making tough personnel decisions when needed
  • Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance with professional standards
  • Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching
  • Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
  • Partner with trainers to onboard new hires smoothly
  • Maintain high integrity and uphold Alliance Mobile standards across the team
  • Maintain open communication with the Alliance Mobile community
  • Commit to a 45-50 hour work week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
  • Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
