Responsibilities
- Boost store profitability and meet sales targets through strategic leadership
- Coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding performance
- Recruit, hire, and onboard staff, making tough staffing decisions when needed
- Oversee operations including scheduling and compliance
- Lead by example through hands-on coaching and role-play sessions
- Support customers by stepping in during transactions to create memorable experiences
- Onboard new hires in collaboration with trainers to ensure smooth integration
- Maintain integrity by upholding Alliance Mobile standards and guiding the team to do the same
- Stay connected with clear, proactive communication within the Alliance Mobile community
- Bring energy to a 45- to 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a proven ability to lead teams
- Track record of hitting sales goals and delivering exemplary customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills with solid interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
- Tech comfort with computers, wireless devices, and related tools
