Job Description

Alliance Mobile Inc is seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales team in New Orleans, onsite. The role carries a base salary of $40,000 per year, with performance bonuses that typically add about $1,800 each month.

Responsibilities

  • Boost store profitability and meet sales targets through strategic leadership
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding performance
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard staff, making tough staffing decisions when needed
  • Oversee operations including scheduling and compliance
  • Lead by example through hands-on coaching and role-play sessions
  • Support customers by stepping in during transactions to create memorable experiences
  • Onboard new hires in collaboration with trainers to ensure smooth integration
  • Maintain integrity by upholding Alliance Mobile standards and guiding the team to do the same
  • Stay connected with clear, proactive communication within the Alliance Mobile community
  • Bring energy to a 45- to 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience with a proven ability to lead teams
  • Track record of hitting sales goals and delivering exemplary customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with solid interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
  • Tech comfort with computers, wireless devices, and related tools
