Job Description
Alliance Mobile Inc seeks a Wireless Retail Sales Manager to lead the Hudson, MA store onsite, guiding a sales team to boost profits, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive store profitability and meet sales targets through strategic leadership and execution
- Coach and elevate team performance by developing staff skills and confidence
- Build and manage the squad: recruit, hire, and guide employees, including tough staffing decisions
- Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and compliance with a professional approach
- Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching to set standards
- Support transactions to create memorable customer experiences
- Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires efficiently
- Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and ensure integrity across the team
- Maintain clear communication with the Alliance Mobile community
- Bring energy to the role by working 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Perform light lifting up to 25 pounds as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in sales management with a track record of leading teams
- Proven success in achieving sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
- Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
