Wireless Retail Sales Manager
Job Description
Alliance Mobile Inc is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Manager to lead a sales team in a busy onsite wireless retail location in Streetsboro, OH. The role focuses on driving profitability and delivering memorable customer experiences through coaching, hands-on leadership, and a performance-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Salary range: USD 40,000 to USD 100,000 annually, with base pay plus performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitability and achieve sales targets through strategic execution.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to sustained high performance.
- Recruit and onboard staff, making difficult personnel decisions when required.
- Oversee daily store operations, staffing schedules, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead by example through role-plays and practical coaching sessions.
- Support transactions as needed and create memorable customer experiences.
- Collaborate with training teams to onboard and train new hires smoothly.
- Maintain and enforce Alliance Mobile standards across the team.
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication within the Alliance Mobile community.
- Commit to a 45-50 hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform light physical tasks as required, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience with a proven ability to lead teams.
- History of meeting or surpassing sales targets and delivering superior customer service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a positive attitude.
- Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices.
- Education: High School diploma or higher.
