Job Description

Alliance Mobile is seeking a Wireless Retail Store Manager in The Villages, FL (onsite) to lead a sales team, coach staff, and drive store profitability in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Boost store profits and meet sales targets through strategic leadership
  • Coach and develop the team to sustain high performance
  • Hire, guide, and manage staff, including difficult staffing decisions when necessary
  • Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance
  • Model best practices through hands-on coaching and role-plays
  • Support transactions and deliver memorable customer experiences
  • Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires
  • Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and ensure the team does the same
  • Maintain clear, open communication within the Alliance Mobile community
  • Work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Carry out hands-on tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds when required

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver top-tier customer service
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
