Wireless Retail Sales Manager
Job Description
Alliance Mobile is seeking a Wireless Retail Store Manager in The Villages, FL (onsite) to lead a sales team, coach staff, and drive store profitability in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Boost store profits and meet sales targets through strategic leadership
- Coach and develop the team to sustain high performance
- Hire, guide, and manage staff, including difficult staffing decisions when necessary
- Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance
- Model best practices through hands-on coaching and role-plays
- Support transactions and deliver memorable customer experiences
- Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires
- Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and ensure the team does the same
- Maintain clear, open communication within the Alliance Mobile community
- Work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Carry out hands-on tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds when required
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver top-tier customer service
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
