Wireless Retail Sales Manager
Job Description
As Wireless Retail Sales Manager, you will lead a sales team, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Alliance Mobile's fast paced wireless retail environment in Cheboygan, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Drive store profitability and achieve sales targets through strategic execution
- Coach and develop the team to deliver outstanding performance
- Recruit, hire, and guide staff, including making tough personnel decisions when necessary
- Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance with professional proficiency
- Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching
- Support transactions directly and create memorable customer experiences
- Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires
- Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and require the same level of integrity from the team
- Maintain seamless communication with the Alliance Mobile community
- Work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and deliver strong customer service
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
- Comfort with technology including computers and wireless devices
