Retail District Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the district to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.

• Drive operational excellence by ensuring flawless execution of merchandising plans, directives, and store standards across the district.
• Analyze market trends, optimize product assortments, and implement innovative strategies to maximize profitability.
• Navigate the evolving retail landscape with agility, guiding the team through transitions with confidence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit retail leadership experience, district-level experience preferred.
• Proven sales strategist with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
• Passionate people developer who nurtures talent and drives engagement.
• Resilient problem solver who thrives under pressure and embraces challenges.
• Tech savvy with proficiency in retail systems and analytics.
• Willing to travel up to 100 percent to support stores and teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

The Opportunity

As a District Sales Manager, you will steer a network of up to 14-17 stores, guiding Store Managers toward sales excellence, talent development, and exceptional guest experiences in a fast paced environment.
