Wireless Sales Manager

OSL Retail Services Inc is seeking a full-time Wireless Sales Manager to lead operations at a Walmart Canada wireless kiosk location in Suffolk, VA. This role reports to the District Manager and is responsible for driving team performance, meeting sales targets, and ensuring strong customer service while optimizing day-to-day departmental execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations to support smooth, efficient service delivery
• Supervise sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Lead the team to meet or exceed sales targets through motivation and sales strategy execution
• Maintain detailed product and service knowledge and ensure the team is equally informed
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are stocked and displayed in line with company standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to support high customer satisfaction
• Run regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, promotions, and operational updates
• Review sales performance, forecast future results, and adjust strategies based on market trends
• Coordinate with the marketing department to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal regulations
• Manage the department budget, including labor costs, supplies, and other operating expenses
• Maintain cleanliness and an organized sales area to support a positive shopping experience
• Provide updates to upper management on sales outcomes, potential customer concerns, and overall department performance
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Full-time position requiring scheduling flexibility, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics
• Proven capability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and customer interactions
• High-level customer service skills with proactive engagement, detail orientation, and problem-solving
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: USD 50,000 to 65,000 per year.
