Responsibilities

  • Acquire new BPO clients in core retail domain processes including Merchandizing, Supply Chain, Digital/Marketing, and Store operations
  • Engage CXO level executives such as Chief Merchandizing Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Chief Operations Manager to explore BPO opportunities in existing or new accounts
  • Assist in establishing BPO operations to drive day-to-day operational efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Develop new business connections, identify client problems, and craft proactive sales pitches to convert opportunities into large deals
