Responsibilities

  • Drive store profitability and hit sales targets through strategic leadership and execution.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to sustain high performance and great service.
  • Recruit, hire, and guide staff, making difficult staffing decisions when needed.
  • Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and compliance to maintain smooth performance.
  • Set the standard by leading through example with role-plays and hands-on coaching.
  • Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences that reflect the brand.
  • Partner with trainers to onboard new hires and accelerate their readiness.
  • Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with the Alliance Mobile community.
  • Bring energy to the role, working 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform physical duties as needed, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and deliver strong customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm.
  • Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices.
  • Education: High School diploma or higher.
