Job Description

This onsite role in Twin Falls, ID supports Account Executives within the assigned district to drive sales growth and maximize profitability for Shamrock Foods Company.

Responsibilities

Drives substantial volume growth while maintaining profitability across the district.
Coaches, mentors, trains, and directs Account Executives to enhance performance and outcomes.
Develops and implements strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
Establishes performance targets for all Account Executives and conducts regular one-on-one reviews to monitor progress toward goals.
Leverages technology and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Builds strategic relationships with key customers in the district; conducts periodic account reviews with Account Executives and supports high-level sales presentations.
Addresses and resolves escalated customer concerns promptly.
Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Two or more years of foodservice sales experience; four or more years of sales experience preferred.
At least one year of leadership experience.
Current driver license.
Demonstrated expertise in problem solving.
Experience using technology and analyzing customer data.
Knowledge of industry trends.
Bias for action and intolerance of mediocrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Flexibility to work the demands of the department, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
