Job Description

Regional Sales Manager in Water Transmission at Henkel Corporate, driving strategic account growth and leading sales execution across water transmission projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic growth plans for principal steel water pipe manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and consulting engineering firms active in the water transmission sector.
Influence specifications and position projects to favor Henkel protective coatings and wrap technologies, including LifeLast coatings and linings, Canusa and Covalence heat shrink sleeves, Stopaq viscoelastics, Polyken tapes, and related products.
Identify, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of water transmission infrastructure opportunities from design through construction, operation, and maintenance phases.
Cultivate relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, quality, manufacturing, and executive stakeholders to expand account penetration and sustain long-term growth within strategic accounts.
Engage utilities, consulting engineers, contractors, and owners early in project lifecycles to promote Henkel solutions and secure project specifications.
Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions, and value-based selling initiatives to differentiate Henkel in the market.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer service to support customer success and effective project execution.
Achieve sales, profitability, and forecast targets by leveraging CRM systems, market intelligence, and competitive insights to drive growth.
Represent Henkel at industry associations, standards bodies, technical committees, conferences, and trade shows, contributing to industry best practices, specifications, and standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years in sales, business development, strategic account management, or specification selling within water infrastructure, protective coatings and linings, wrap technologies, corrosion control, steel pipe, or related industrial markets.
