Job Description

Premium Plant Services seeks a Sales Manager to lead and grow dry ice blasting, abrasive blasting, and hydroblasting sales across multiple industries from a remote position.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key verticals
Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure team accountability to goals
Drive CRM adoption and pipeline visibility across the team
Oversee forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channels for expansion
Collaborate with marketing and operation teams to align on offerings and client needs
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and retention
Participate in high level deal negotiations and help close key accounts
Support branding and go-to-market initiatives

Requirements

7–10+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of managing and scaling high performing sales teams
Experience in manufacturing or industrial cleaning, including hydro blasting, dry ice, or industrial vacuum
Strong understanding of B2B and account management sales models
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Driver's License (Required)
Travel: 50% of the time (Required)
