Job Description

Premium Plant Services seeks a Sales Manager to lead and grow dry ice blasting, abrasive blasting, and hydroblasting sales across multiple industries from a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key verticals
  • Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure team accountability to goals
  • Drive CRM adoption and pipeline visibility across the team
  • Oversee forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channels for expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing and operation teams to align on offerings and client needs
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and retention
  • Participate in high level deal negotiations and help close key accounts
  • Support branding and go-to-market initiatives

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high performing sales teams
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial cleaning, including hydro blasting, dry ice, or industrial vacuum
  • Strong understanding of B2B and account management sales models
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Travel: 50% of the time (Required)
