Job Description
Premium Plant Services seeks a Sales Manager to lead and grow dry ice blasting, abrasive blasting, and hydroblasting sales across multiple industries from a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key verticals
- Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure team accountability to goals
- Drive CRM adoption and pipeline visibility across the team
- Oversee forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channels for expansion
- Collaborate with marketing and operation teams to align on offerings and client needs
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and retention
- Participate in high level deal negotiations and help close key accounts
- Support branding and go-to-market initiatives
Requirements
- 7β10+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high performing sales teams
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial cleaning, including hydro blasting, dry ice, or industrial vacuum
- Strong understanding of B2B and account management sales models
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License (Required)
- Travel: 50% of the time (Required)
