Job Description

Molloy Boys Pressure Washing is hiring a sales-focused professional to expand its commercial client base through in-person outreach and consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Visit local businesses in person to introduce Molloy Boys Pressure Washing and available services.
  • Target potential commercial clients such as restaurants, shopping centers, offices, property managers, HOAs, apartment complexes, storefronts, gas stations, and other local businesses.
  • Generate new leads using cold outreach methods including business visits, calls, emails, and follow ups.
  • Communicate service offerings clearly, including pressure washing, soft washing, concrete cleaning, building washes, roof cleaning, and paver cleaning and sealing.
  • Help set appointments, collect job details, and move qualified leads toward quotes and contracts.
  • Maintain professional, consistent communication with prospects and represent the company well at all times.
  • Follow up regularly with potential customers until a decision is made.
  • Track outreach activity, leads, follow ups, and closed deals.
  • Coordinate with the owner to grow repeat commercial accounts and support long term service contracts.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred; work ethic and confidence prioritized.
  • Comfort speaking with business owners and decision makers.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Organized approach with consistent follow up.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, landscaping, property management, construction, or service based sales is a plus.
  • Results driven and comfortable with a commission based pay structure.

Compensation

  • Commission based sales role with strong earning potential for consistent results.
  • Compensation based on closed jobs and contracts brought into the company.
  • Pay range: $35,000.00 - $64,273.44 per year
