Door-to-Door Sales Manager - Roofing / Storm Restoration

DFW ROOFING PRO Dallas, TX

Dallas, TX

15d ago

$120k - $300k/yr Full time Manager Business Development Door To Door Sales

Apply Now

Job Description

DFW Roofing Pro is adding a second door-to-door field team in Dallas focused on roofing and storm restoration, and they need a Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead it. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines recruiting and coaching reps with running daily activity and selling deals yourself.

What you’ll do

Recruit, hire, and train door-to-door representatives for roofing/storm-restoration sales.
Maintain a continuous candidate pipeline, ensuring you’re the one who gets interviews and selects reps for the team.
Lead with execution: run ride-alongs, morning huddles, daily door counts, and weekly contract targets.
Own weekly performance, specifically the number of signed contracts.
Sell your own deals in addition to managing the team.
Run the board to track activity and results.

What you bring

Experience leading a field sales team of 3+ reps and the ability to name the team’s production.
Proven success hiring and training commission reps from scratch, with an emphasis on keeping strong performers.
Storm-restoration / insurance-claim roofing experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to read a scope and understand what a supplement is.
Must be 21+, have a reliable vehicle, and hold a valid driver’s license.
Background check is required.
Live in DFW now (no relocation) and be comfortable with override + commission pay structure (W-2, paid weekly).

On-target pay and weekly structure

The role pays $120,000 to $300,000 per year. Team production comes with an override, and you earn your own commissions as well. Commission and override are paid weekly on a W-2 basis.

Benefits and team support

680+ five-star Google reviews that help open doors for your team.
An in-house supplement team that works to fight for the full scope, so deals can grow after contracts are signed.

How hiring works

Apply with the team numbers you have led.
DFW Roofing Pro’s Talent Acquisition team will request a 60 to 90 second phone video where you pitch a homeowner at the door in the way you would coach a brand-new rep.
Sales leadership reviews each video, and strong matches move quickly.

Application questions

Describe the largest field sales team you’ve led: number of reps, what they sold, team monthly production, and how many reps you hired and trained in the last two years.
Confirm you live in DFW now (no relocation), are 21+, have a vehicle and license, and are comfortable with override + commission pay (W-2, weekly). Include when you can start.

Location: Dallas, TX (onsite). Work location: On the road.

Confirmed fit criteria (from your background): You have led a field sales team of 3+ reps and can name the team’s production, hired and trained commission reps from scratch and kept the good ones, have storm-restoration/insurance-claim roofing experience (strongly preferred), and can read a scope and identify what a supplement is.
