Roofing Sales Manager

The Roofing Sales Manager role at SLAP SHOT CONTRACTING LLC supports exterior restoration growth in Oakwood, GA by leading a sales team and driving revenue through both new and existing opportunities. This hands-on position blends field activity, property and roof inspections, and management of projects from contract through completion.

Role Overview

In this full-time, on-site and on-the-road role, you will generate and close sales while ramping up performance and managing the day-to-day execution of the sales process. Leadership includes recruiting, training, field coaching, and direct involvement in inspections and project oversight to ensure customer needs are assessed and projects are carried through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close business using company-provided opportunities and self-generated leads
• Recruit, train, and develop Sales Representatives
• Lead daily sales activity, including ride-alongs and field coaching
• Set goals, track performance, and hold the team accountable
• Inspect properties and roofs to assess project needs
• Oversee projects from contract through completion

Requirements

• Proven sales leadership or management experience

Compensation

Salary: USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
