Sales Manager

True Shield Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Manager in Monroeville, AL (onsite) to lead and develop a roofing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage roofing sales reps, including accountability for results
• Run daily sales operations by holding sales meetings, setting targets, and tracking performance
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales reps
• Conduct ride-alongs on inspections and support the close of high-value opportunities
• Partner with production to ensure jobs move smoothly from contract through completion
• Coach reps through retail and insurance claims workflows, including ACV vs. RCV and supplement handling

Requirements

• 2+ years of roofing or home improvement sales experience; management experience preferred
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding performance numbers
• Strong understanding of the insurance claims process
• Coaching-focused leadership style, not just task management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

• $50,000 base salary
• 3% commission on total revenue
• No commission cap
